These factors are identified and examined in the books \u201cReal World Proven Best Business Practices\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Philosophy #2<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The speed at which a business will evolve to achieve its strategic objectives will mostly depend on:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Its culture &#8211; most particularly the strength of positive connection between internal stakeholders that exists<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Its available resources and how it allocates its resources<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The competencies and capacities of its people<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Its structure<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The level of desire\/ will to change that is evident among stakeholders<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u00a0<\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Philosophy #3<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The most successful businesses are those which are genuinely client-centric (i.e. marketing-led), versus those that are production-driven. This concept is explored in-depth in my books.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>\u00a0<\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Philosophy #4<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The extent to which an organisation will achieve its strategic objectives will greatly depend on the extent to which the owner chooses to <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">involve their team in planning processes (strategic planning most importantly)<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0and then\u00a0<strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">share<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0finalised plans with their team. This concept is explored in-depth in my books.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>\u00a0<\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Philosophy #5<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Successful business owners\/ managers\/ leaders avoid trying to control the thoughts and activities of those who report to them.
