These businesses very much expose themselves to stagnation and market share erosion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">There is no clearer message being passed-on by leaders <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">all around the world<\/span><\/strong> (including the education sector &#8211; see the section in my <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Real-World-Proven-Business-Practices\/dp\/0994138237\/ref=sr_1_2?s=books&amp;ie=UTF8&amp;qid=1497921275&amp;sr=1-2&amp;keywords=real+world+proven+best\">first book<\/a> which reveals the central theme of international school principal conferences) than &#8220;<strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">if you want to survive then you simply must be willing to adapt.<\/span><\/strong>&#8221; Adaptation is a <strong>necessary<\/strong> part of evolution, and if you want to stop evolving\u00a0 and wish to refuse to be responsive to change then keep digging your toes in; because you&#8217;ll be sure to realise this destiny by doing do.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">When processing stimuli (ANY stimuli &#8211; be that information, your surroundings, what people say to you, etc) do so with a <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>curious\/ questioning<\/strong><\/span> mind. Be thirsty to understand answers to these simple questions:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Why ?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">How ?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">What ?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">When ?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Out of all of these the &#8220;<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>why ?<\/strong><\/span>&#8221; question is arguably the most important question to ask. <strong>&#8220;Why ?&#8221; questions are about understanding implications, and call for <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">substantiation\/ evidence<\/span> of purported facts.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">If you accept everything in life the way it is, then what you&#8217;re saying to yourself by default is that you are 100 % happy with the world as it is, and you see no reason to change any aspect of you\/ your relationships\/ organisations that you are associated with\/ your community\/ the world. I suggest that if this is your mindset then you have &#8220;lost the will&#8221; to constructively challenge the status quo, and your life therefore has become all about &#8220;going with the flow&#8221;.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">If we don&#8217;t question the validity of the world around us and push to keep improving our world, the ways of the world as they are will remain those henceforth.
